Abington Community Development Group Receives £10,000 National Lottery Award

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Abington Community Development Group on its award of £10,000 from the National Lottery Awards for All Scotland; understands that the grant will be used to provide a furnished space within its community centre for groups to hold meetings and develop local projects, serving a number of villages in South Lanarkshire, and that the room will also be open to individuals to use as both a warm space and one offering digital access; commends Abington Community Development Group on its dedication to providing valuable community space to local groups, and wishes it all the best in the future.
