Acknowledging the Friendship Cafe's Positive Impact

The motion

That the Parliament acknowledges the valuable work of the Friendship Cafe in Rattray; notes its significant contribution in providing a safe and welcoming space for all who attend, offering food, friendship and regular live entertainment; recognises its impressive growth from just five to over 70 weekly attendees on a regular basis, indicative of the dedication of a small team of volunteers, notably led by Aly Muir; appreciates the café's effective partnerships with local community groups, and wishes it continued success in its future activities.
