Police Scotland Youth Volunteers Head to New Zealand

The motion

That the Parliament acknowledges the International Leadership and Development Course, run by Blue Light New Zealand; understands that Hattie Muir, from Motherwell, will be travelling to New Zealand, along with 12 other Police Scotland Youth Volunteers (PSYV) to engage with other young people from across the globe; notes that PSYV provides Scotland’s young people with an opportunity to contribute to their communities, while learning new skills and gaining an insight into policing in Scotland; further notes that any young person wishing to become a Police Scotland Youth Volunteer should apply on the Police Scotland website, and wishes Hattie and the other 12 young people a safe journey.
