Dance4Zac Raises Thousands
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the success of a Dance4Zac event, which was held in Motherwell at Steelworks on 28 May 2023 to raise funds for four-year-old Pride of Scotland, Child of Courage award-winner, Zac Gunn; notes that the dance event, which featured local artists, aimed to raise funds of £2,000 for Zac and his family to meet the lions; further notes that an amazing £9,967 was raised; congratulates all the participants, and wishes Zac and his family a fantastic time at the Lion lodge.
