Maddiston Dancer to Represent Scotland at Dance World Cup 2023

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Ella of Maddiston Primary School in Falkirk on being selected to represent Scotland at the Dance World Cup 2023; understands that the competition will be held in Braga, Portugal, between 30 June and 8 July; notes that, for Ella to qualify for the final of the Dance World Cup, she also had to participate in a live qualifier event in Scotland; recognises that Ella will compete against finalists from over 50 countries and, it understands, will be judged by several esteemed judges; congratulates Ella once more for being selected to represent Scotland at the Dance World Cup 2023, and wishes her well in the competition.
