Lanarkshire School Crowned Regional Champions by Keep Scotland Beautiful

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Hilltop Primary School on being crowned regional champion by Keep Scotland Beautiful’s Litter League; notes that the primary school won the inaugural competition to tackle Scotland’s litter emergency; congratulates the primary school on also finishing second in the national contest; notes that the competition formed part of the charity's annual Spring Clean, which saw more than 30,000 people get involved in events, and recognises that 65 bags of litter were collected by the 24 children who cleaned up Petersburn Road, in Airdrie.
