East Ayrshire’s Probationer of the Year Award
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Samantha Torbet, a teacher of Geography at Kilmarnock Academy, on winning East Ayrshire’s Probationer of the Year award; recognises that Samantha has worked on environmental projects within the school, including the submission to the Clean, Green Education Awards; notes that this work has even led to her entering into correspondence with Sir David Attenborough; considers this to be a fantastic achievement during her probationary year, and wishes her all the best in her very bright future.
