McKechnie School of Dance and Performing Arts Set for the Dance World Cup 2023

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates McKechnie School of Dance and Performing Arts in Grangemouth on being selected to represent Team Scotland at the Dance World Cup 2023; notes that 33 dancers from the McKechnie School will be travelling to Braga, Portugal, for the event, which will take place from 30 June to 8 July 2023; understands that there will be dancers from over 50 countries taking part in the event, competing for the top spot in this all-genre dance competition; congratulates McKechnie School of Dance and Performing Arts on being selected to represent Team Scotland at the Dance World Cup 2023, and wishes all those involved the best of luck for the upcoming contest.
