Ruth Carson Receives The Queen’s Scout Award to Complete Treble of Scouting Awards

The motion

That the Parliament commends Ruth Carson of the 11th Fife Burntisland Scout Group after she received the last-ever The Queen’s Scout Award; understands that The Queen’s Scout Award, now officially known as The King’s Scout Award after the accession of His Majesty King Charles III, is the top achievement for Explorer Scouts and Scout Network members; recognises that Ruth has now achieved the treble of Scouting awards, consisting of The Queen’s/King’s Award, The Queen’s Guide Award and the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award; praises Ruth for her spirit and determination in achieving these awards, and wishes her all the best for the future.
