Motherwell Athletics Club Hosts 5k Open Social Run

That the Parliament acknowledges that 5 to 11 June 2023 marked the inaugural Scottish National Running Week; understands that Motherwell Athletics Club hosted a 5K open social run at Strathclyde Country Park, raising funds to bring running and athletics to disadvantaged communities across Scotland; further understands that Newton Road Runners, Jiggly Joggers Jog Scotland group, Strathaven Striders, SG Coaching, Hamilton Harriers, and Airdrie, along with family and friends, all turned out to support the event, and wishes Motherwell Athletics Club all the best for the future.
