Skye Chef and Restaurant Owner, Calum Montgomery, Wins Scottish Chef of the Year at The Scotsman’s Scran Awards
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Calum Montgomery, a local Skye chef and restaurant owner, on being named Scottish Chef of the Year at The Scotsman Scran Awards 2023; praises Calum's dedication to his craft and appreciates what it sees as the positive impact that Calum's achievements have had on the local community, and wishes Calum all the best for the future.
