Congratulating The Wise Group on Opening its New Service for People in Glasgow

The motion

That the Parliament commends The Wise Group on opening its new service in Glasgow; supports its aim to work face to face with service users in the community to understand their needs and develop an action plan suited to them; understands that The Wise Group’s relational mentors will offer long-term support that is tailored to a household’s needs and will provide assistance across a wide range of areas, including employability, addiction, mental health and wellbeing, self-confidence and general life skills, and recognises the positive impact that this service will have on people who need it.
