University Hospital Wishaw Volunteer Has Won an NHS Lanarkshire Staff Award

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Robert Bogan, a University Hospital Wishaw volunteer, on winning an NHS Lanarkshire Staff Award; notes that Robert won the award for his work helping patients within the hospital; further notes that he has worked between the emergency department and as a front of house volunteer; understands that Robert’s role within the emergency department involves talking to vulnerable patients and their families, as well as supporting staff when required; further understands that his front of house role involves assisting members of the public and staff around the hospital, and wishes Robert all the best in his future endeavours within his volunteering role.
