Crime Thriller Author, Scott Carlin
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Scott Carlin, from Newmains, on the publication of his crime thriller, After the Snow Melts; understands that this is Scott's second publication, following the adventures of agent Ryan Scott and the criminal underworld that he investigates; notes that Scott is currently working on his third book in the series, and wishes Scott every success with his future novels.
