Recognition of Fabrication and Welding Excellence

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Noah Smith for being recognised as the best fabrication and welding apprentice by Tullos Training and Integrated Project Solutions (IPS); understands that Noah’s ability and work ethic resulted in him completing his work to a high standard, before the rest of his peers, which allowed him to return to the workshops sooner than he was originally instructed to, so that he could progress further; recognises that Noah’s determination to succeed is greatly appreciated by his employers, and wishes him further success in his career.
