Falkirk East Business and Individual Named Finalists for Net-Zero Energy Transition Awards 2023

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Forth Ports on being named a finalist in the Green Business Growth category of the Net-Zero Energy Transition Awards facilitated by Scottish Renewables; further congratulates David Webster, also from Forth Ports, on being named a finalist in the Energy Transition Champion category for the same awards; understands that the Net-Zero Energy Transition Awards recognise the passion, dedication and talent of the people and companies making up the energy transition supply chain; further understands that, on 24 August 2023, Scotland’s renewable energy industry and its growing supply chain will come together to celebrate the achievements of the diverse Scottish supplier network; acknowledges the achievement of Forth Ports and David in being named finalists in the Net-Zero Energy Transition Awards 2023, and wishes them all the best of luck for the upcoming ceremony and in the future.
