Helensburgh Beautician Wins Brow Specialist of the Year Award

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Lynsey Robertson, owner of La Rouge Hair and Beauty Lounge in Helensburgh, on being named Brow Specialist of the Year at the third annual Scottish Nails, Brows, Lashes Awards; notes that the ceremony was held at Glasgow’s Marriott Hotel on 2 July 2023, bringing together the most talented professionals in the industry; further notes that, despite fierce competition from a range of salons, including those based in Glasgow, Lynsey was victorious in the specialist category, and wishes the team at La Rouge further success in future.
