Lemonade Stall Raises Almost £100 for Coltness Community Larder

The motion

That the Parliament commends Sonny MacDonald and Rory Quigley, from Branchalwood, Wishaw, who fundraised almost £100 for Coltness Community Larder; understands that Sonny and Rory set up a homemade lemonade and baking stall outside their homes, selling to their neighbours and friends; further understands that the donation will allow the food larder to stock up on much-needed essentials to help families in the community who are currently struggling with the cost of living crisis; notes that Coltness Food Larder helps on average 25 families a week, and is based within St Mark’s Church Coltness every Friday; thanks Sonny, Rory and all the larder volunteers for their acts of kindness, and wishes them all the best for the future.
