Nemo Arts Glasgow Summer Showcase

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates all those taking part in the Nemo Arts showcase event at Webster's theatre on 26 August 2023; notes that the participants from Nemo Arts will have the opportunity to perform their work, and that the programme includes a visual art exhibition, guitar group performance, choir, drama and drumming; recognises that Nemo Arts works with adults from all over Glasgow and beyond who are recovering from poor mental health; understands that Nemo Arts provides opportunities for people to do something different in a safe, non-judgemental environment; acknowledges that the event provides a chance for people to meet others who perhaps have had similar experiences and to learn a new skill, and wishes good luck to all those participating.
