Congratulates Stirling Winners at Ninth Food Awards Scotland

That the Parliament congratulates Vera Artisan Bakery in Stirling, The Birds andBees in Causewayhead, and Karma Lake of Menteith on winning awards at the ninthFood Awards Scotland by Creative Oceanic at an awards ceremony at the vocoGrand Hotel, Glasgow, on 28 August 2023; applauds Vera Artisan Bakery, who havetwo outlets in Stirling city centre, on winning the Artisan Bakery of the Yearaward; praises gastropub, The Birds and Bees in Causewayhead, Stirling, onwinning the Best Scottish Cuisine award; commends Karma Lake of Menteith onwinning the Hotel Restaurant of the Year Central award; understands that theFood Awards Scotland is an annual event held by Creative Oceanic thatrecognises and honours the achievements of restaurants, cafes, chefs,producers, and other culinary professionals throughout Scotland, and furtherunderstands that it aims to celebrate excellence in the food industry andprovide a platform to showcase the talents and contributions of individuals andestablishments that shape the country’s gastronomic scene.
