Aberdeen Doors Open Days

The motion

That the Parliament notes that Aberdeen's annual Doors Open Days will take place on 2-3 September 2023; recognises that the Doors Open Days allow people to see the inside of buildings across the city that are not usually open to the public; welcomes that these events enable Aberdonians to have a greater understanding of the history of their city, whilst also taking in the beauty of some of the oldest and grandest buildings that the area has to offer; understands that buildings such as Childline Aberdeen, Peacock and the Worm, and the Aberdeen Salvation Army Citadel and many other venues, are taking part; applauds those who have helped to organise Doors Open Days for their efforts, and hopes the coming weekend is a great success.
