The motion

That the Parliament commends Aberdeen Wanderers RFC for raising £6,000 for Mental Health Aberdeen, taking the total raised since the inaugural Sam Lobban Trophy in 2018 to over £17,000; understands that the tournament is named in memory of Sam Lobban who sadly passed away in February 2018 at just 21 years old, and that the money raised will help fund Mental Health Aberdeen’s counselling services for those experiencing difficulty with their mental health and wellbeing; further understands that the event was generously supported by Saltire, Specialist Valve Services and PD&MS Group, and commends Liam Cronin for his tremendous efforts in organising this event and all those who attended and supported.
