Johnston Carmichael Raises £2,895 for Charity

The motion

That the Parliament commends Johnston Carmichael on raising £2,895 for Sands Moray; understands that this money has been raised from a series of fundraising events, including two coffee and buttery mornings, a quiz night and a number fundraising events at its office in Huntly; further understands that Sands Moray supports anyone affected by the death of a baby, seeks to improve the support available for bereaved parents and funds research to reduce infant mortality, and recognises that this donation was gratefully received by Sands Moray and will be used to support bereaved parents in the local community.
