Port Glasgow Otters’ Success for West of Scotland at National Swimming Competition

That the Parliament congratulates Stephen Coyle and Lindi Steele on their recent success at the National Senior Learning Disability Swimming Games organised by Scottish Disability Sport; notes that Stephen and Lindi train with Port Glasgow Otters and were representing West of Scotland in the games; recognises that Stephen won gold in the 200m freestyle, bronze in the 50m and was awarded two participation medals; understands that Lindi took silver in the 50m backstroke, bronze in the 50m freestyle, and was also awarded a participation medal; applauds Port Glasgow Otters for giving adults and young people with learning disabilities the opportunities to swim at a competitive level, and wishes Stephen, Lindi and all the Port Glasgow Otters every success for future competitions.
