Employees from SGN Give Back to Balloch’s Children’s Hospice Garden

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates SGN’S local employees on giving back their time by sprucing up the garden of Robin House in Balloch; recognises the scheme through which SGN management allows staff to use a day off work to volunteer at local causes of their choosing; notes that the staff, as part of the SGN Community Action Programme, were able to clear overgrowth and improve the visibility of the water that runs through the garden, and further notes that officials from Children’s Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS) passed on their gratitude to SGN employees and highlighted the contribution of volunteers to help with the upkeep of the facility.
