Polmont Horticultural Society Hosts Successful Annual Show

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Polmont Horticultural Society on its recent successful annual show for 2023; recognises that the Polmont Horticultural Society hosts an annual show to highlight the talent within the community for growing flowers, vegetables, fruits, domestic produce, and of makers of handicrafts; notes that the event was held on 2 September 2023 at Greenpark Community Centre in Polmont; understands that, while prizes were handed out to participants, the highlight of the show was the focus given to the hard work of all those who ensured the success of the event, such as the exhibitors, judges, committee members, helpers and the wider community; congratulates the Polmont Horticultural Society on this successful annual show and its efforts in bringing the community together, and wishes everyone involved all the best of luck in growing and preparing for the 2024 show.
