St Aidan’s High School Treks Ben Nevis in Aid of St Andrew’s Hospice
The motion
That the Parliament commends the pupils of St Aidan’s High School, in Wishaw, who participated in a charity trek of Ben Nevis; understands that the pupils raised over £3,300, which they donated to St Andrew’s Hospice; notes that the cheque was presented to St Andrew’s Hospice during the feast day mass; understands that this kind donation will help St Andrew’s Hospice continue the work that it does in providing specialist palliative care to people living with life-limiting illnesses and also providing support to families and loved ones, and thanks the staff and pupils who fundraised and participated in the climb.
