Dalmuir Park Housing Association Sets Example in Advocacy for Vulnerable Residents

The motion

That the Parliament recognises the efforts of Dalmuir Park Housing Association in advocating for vulnerable residents; understands that the housing association received a glowing report from the Housing Inspectorate after a recent evaluation; further understands that the report highlighted the compassion offered by staff, the access to a welfare rights advice surgery, advocacy support amongst other organisations and efforts to tackle social isolation, and encourages other housing associations to reflect on the work of Dalmuir Park Housing Association and strive to achieve what it sees as such positive impacts in their communities.
