That the Parliament congratulates Mother India Edinburgh on winning the Edinburgh Restaurant category award at the Scottish Asian Restaurant Awards 2023; notes that Mother India Edinburgh is a popular restaurant that serves authentic Indian cuisine in a tapas style; understands that it is known for its fresh, high-quality food, excellent service, and lively atmosphere; commends Mother India Edinburgh for what it sees as its contribution to the Scottish culinary scene and commitment to providing customers with a unique and memorable dining experience, and wishes Mother India Edinburgh continued success in the future.
