13-year-old Dumbarton Kickboxer Flourishes in European Championships

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Maia Bisley, from Dumbarton, on her success at the kickboxing European Championships in Istanbul, Turkey; recognises Maia's achievement of winning four gold medals in different events at the competition; considers that the 13-year-old has reached an outstanding level by becoming one of the first females to win four medals at a kickboxing European Championship; acknowledges that, at such a young age, Maia’s commitment and skill should be commended, and wishes her well for future events.
