That the Parliament congratulates Pomelo on winning the Best Chinese Restaurant in Scotland award at the Scottish Asian Restaurant Awards 2023; notes that Pomelo is a popular restaurant that serves authentic Chinese cuisine in a contemporary setting; understands that it is known for its fresh, high-quality ingredients, innovative dishes and excellent service; commends Pomelo for what it sees as its contribution to the Scottish culinary scene and commitment to providing customers with a unique and memorable dining experience, and wishes Pomelo continued success in the future.
