That the Parliament congratulates Dishoom Edinburgh on being named runner-up in the Edinburgh Restaurant category at the Scottish Asian Restaurant Awards 2023; notes that Dishoom Edinburgh is a popular restaurant that serves authentic Indian cuisine; understands that it is known for its high-quality food, excellent service and vibrant atmosphere; commends Dishoom Edinburgh for what it sees as its contribution to the Scottish culinary scene and commitment to providing customers with a unique and memorable dining experience, and wishes Dishoom Edinburgh continued success in the future.
