Congratulating Kirkshaws Neighbourhood Centre on Community Work

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Kirkshaws Neighbourhood Centre on the brilliant ongoing work it has been doing within the community and beyond; notes that the centre provides a range of services and activities, including childcare, a community café, employability services, a community fridge and sporting and social activities, and further notes that, since the COVID-19 pandemic, it has refocused work to support the vulnerable and isolated in the community, including providing wellbeing calls, be-friending, shopping and prescription deliveries.
