Lanarkshire School Opening Day

The motion

That the Parliament recognises the opening of Riverbank Primary School in Coatbridge; notes that the newest Lanarkshire school welcomed its first pupils on 18 August 2023; further notes that the school will welcome more than 500 young people who have been brought together from the former Carnbroe and Sikeside primary schools, and recognises that pupils worked together to design their new badge and that the whole community, including staff and pupils, voted on its name.
