Vicky Williams Appointed CEO of Sistema Scotland

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Vicky Williams on her appointment as the new Chief Executive Officer of Sistema Scotland; recognises her 13 years of experience as the Head of Centre at Big Noise Raploch and Fallin; further recognises that Sistema Scotland recently celebrated its 15th anniversary; notes what it sees as the dedication of Sistema Scotland to improving the lives of young people through its six Big Noise programmes in Raploch, Douglas, Fallin, Govanhill, Torry and Wester Hailes, which it understands are collectively working with around 3,500 children and young people; further notes what it considers to be the transformative impact that the programme has on the outcomes and aspirations of young people from the most disadvantaged communities, and welcomes Vicky to her new role in leading Sistema Scotland through the next stages of its successful development.
