Scottie Sculptures Showcased in Seaside Trail

The motion

That the Parliament recognises Hamilton artist, Megan Reilly, on showcasing her latest pet project around St Andrew’s; notes that the project consists of the painting of two giant scottie dog sculptures; further notes that the artist had both of her original designs selected to feature in outdoor exhibition, Scottie’s by the Sea, which is taking over the Fife town of St Andrew’s for a period of 10 weeks, and recognises that one of the sculptures was painted as a highland cow, while the other was painted as a tribute to Sir Billy Connolly, featuring his trademark glasses, stripy trousers and banana boots.
