National Lottery Heritage Funding for IUCN UK Peatland Programme in Lothian
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates IUCN UK Peatland Programme in Lothian on being awarded a grant of £94,918 from the National Lottery Heritage Fund; notes that this biodiversity project is run by Scottish Forestry on behalf of IUCN UK Peatland Programme in Lothian, and exists to promote peatland restoration, and advocates for the multiple benefits of peatlands, woodlands and other ecosystems through partnerships, strong science, sound policy and effective practice, and wishes IUCN UK Peatland Programme in Lothian all the best for the future.
