NLC Provost Excellence Award for Moodiesburn Community Foodbank
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Moodiesburn Community Foodbank, which was founded by Jackie Fleming and Margaret Donohue, on receiving a NLC Provost Award for Excellence; commends its efforts in supporting individuals, families and the wider community through a very difficult time, and acknowledges the commitment from local volunteers in distributing food parcels and offering a listening ear to those in need.
