North Lanarkshire Council Provost Special Achievement Award for Nan Fotheringham

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Nan Fotheringham on receiving the much-coveted North Lanarkshire Council’s Provost Special Achievement Award 2023; understands that the award recipients are determined by local people nominating individuals or groups who have committed to improve the lives of others; understands that Nan Fotheringham has been a volunteer within Coatbridge Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) since 2002; commends Nan for the countless hours that she has committed to assisting and advising members of the community with the commitment and enthusiasm, which, it believes, wholly typifies the spirit of the CAB, and thanks Nan for her ongoing support to her colleagues at CAB, and all those whom the CAB assists and supports.
