City of Edinburgh Council MTIS Shortlisted for SURF Awards 2023
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the City of Edinburgh Council Mixed Tenure Improvement Scheme (MTIS) on being shortlisted in the Housing and Regeneration category of the prestigious 2023 SURF Awards for Best Practice in Community Regeneration; understands that the awards identify and celebrate best practice, innovation and achievement in interventions that improve homes and communities across Scotland; acknowledges what it sees as the successful MTIS works completed in the Murrayburn, Dumbryden and Hailesland area of the Edinburgh Pentlands constituency, with further works planned across the constituency and underway, including in the Oxgangs area, and wishes the team every success at the SURF Awards ceremony later in 2023.
