People’s Pantry Coatbridge Awarded Funds from Scotmid's Community Connect
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates People’s Pantry Coatbridge on being awarded a share of £25,000 funding from Scotmid’s Community Connect initiative; congratulates the People’s Pantry on securing £15,000; commends the People’s Pantry’s efforts in providing aid to anyone experiencing food insecurity as a one-off emergency or on a more regular basis if required, and acknowledges the commitment of local volunteers in distributing food parcels and offering a listening ear to those in need.
