Emma Lyall Receives North Lanarkshire Council Provost's Excellence Award

That the Parliament congratulates Emma Lyall on receiving North Lanarkshire Council Provost’s Award for Excellence 2023; understands that the winner of this prestigious award is determined by nominations from the local community; further understands that Emma has supported many local low-income families through the ViewCare Foodbank that she manages along with a clothing bank and home bank; understands that Emma also reaches out to all families in the community with the weekly Teen Space group, which she runs from her parish hall; thanks Emma for the support that she lends her community, and wishes Emma the best of luck in her future endeavours.
