Aberdeen Cyrenians' Annual Harvest Appeal

The motion

That the Parliament recognises that Aberdeen Cyrenians has launched its annual Harvest Appeal and is asking people, communities and businesses to come together to help those facing hardship, hunger or homelessness this winter; understands that the appeal will run until 21 November 2023 and that community groups, schools, businesses and the public are being encouraged to host collection points where food, toiletries and other essentials can be donated and then shared with vulnerable families and individuals who turn to the charity for help; calls on those who believe that they can help to visit the appeal's website at weareac.org/harvest, and wishes Aberdeen Cyrenians all the best with its endeavours.
