North Lanarkshire Support Workers Hailed at Celebration Event

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the young support workers from across North Lanarkshire who have been celebrated at a recent event; understands that the event was held in Forgewood Community Centre, and celebrated young people who have completed their year-long job opportunities through the Young Person’s Guarantee Scheme, and notes that, over the past year, the support workers have been working with North Lanarkshire Council’s Community Learning and Development team, gaining skills, knowledge and confidence.
