Grangemouth’s Inchyra Park Shortlisted in Scotland Loves Local Awards 2023
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates those who look after Inchyra Park in Grangemouth, which has been shortlisted in the Scotland Loves Local Awards 2023; recognises that this is the third year of the annual awards, which are organised by Scotland’s Towns Partnership (STP); further recognises that the awards aim to recognise the positive local impact of people, businesses and community organisations, which are nominated by those in the wider community; notes that Inchyra Park has been shortlisted in the Streets and Spaces category; commends the work of local community groups such as Friends of Inchyra Park, which, it believes, is committed to improving and maintaining Inchyra Park for the community of Grangemouth to enjoy for many years to come; understands that 2023's winners of the Scotland Loves Local Awards will be announced in Dundee on 28 November 2023, and wishes all involved in Inchyra Park’s success the best of luck with future projects.
