Clyde Valley High School’s Fundraising Efforts
The motion
That the Parliament recognises staff and pupils at Clyde Valley High School, who have been celebrating an excellent start to the academic year; understands that pupils at Clyde Valley High School have been working hard to help their community and give back to their local area, whilst raising awareness of important causes and gaining recognition for their many successes; notes that the school held its own St Andrew’s Fun Run, where S5 and S6 pupils ran 6 km alongside staff members and raised a total of £585 for the charity, and that pupils in S6 highlighted their charitable side by organising a staff coffee morning, raising over £240 for Kilbryde Hospice; thanks staff and pupils at Clyde Valley High School for their fundraising efforts, and wishes them all the best for the future.
