Congratulations to Four Pillars
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Four Pillars in Aberdeen on receiving a grant of £10,000 from the National Lottery Community Fund; understands that this funding will be used to help Four Pillars continue to operate its LGBT+ community hub in central Aberdeen, providing support services and community engagement events, as well as helping educate people on a range of issues concerning the LGBT+ community; recognises that Four Pillars' overall mission is to support the LGBT+ community in matters of mental, emotional, physical and sexual health, offering information and support on a person-to-person basis to build, it believes, a community that supports itself through peer education, and wishes Four Pillars well in its continued endeavours.
