Kingdom Housing Association and Clackmannanshire Council Recognised for Excellence in Development for Affordable Housing

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Kingdom Housing Association and Clackmannanshire Council on their recent achievement in being awarded a prize for excellence in development for affordable housing at Primrose Place, Alloa, during the Scotland Housing Awards 2023; considers that Primrose Place has been an innovative development, which has received much recognition, particularly for its dementia-friendly colour scheme and signage, and recognises that the development and success of Primrose Place is a result of the collaboration between Kingdom Housing Association, Clackmannanshire Council, the Scottish Government, Architecture and Design Scotland, Bracewell Stirling Consulting, the University of Stirling and Campion Homes.
