Glasgow Airport Trials UK's First Medical Distribution Network by Drone

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Project CAELUS, led by AGS Airports, on successfully conducting live flight trials between Glasgow Airport and NHS Golden Jubilee, moving one step closer to delivering the UK’s first national medical distribution networks using drones, and commends the 16-strong consortium, including NHS Scotland and the University of Strathclyde, for developing a technology that will be able to transport essential medicines and medical supplies to rural and remote communities across Scotland.
