Congratulations to Banff Macduff and District Men's Shed

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the dedicated volunteers behind the local success story that is the Banff Macduff and District Men's Shed; notes what it sees as hard work and unwavering dedication of these volunteers, which, it understands, has led to the shortlisting for the award of Scottish Men's Shed of the Year 2023, alongside three other organisations; understands that the Banff Macduff and District Men's Shed has recently completed the transition to new premises, transforming an empty school building in Macduff into a valuable asset for the community; wishes the volunteers continued success, and extends its heartfelt thanks for the outstanding work that they do within the Banff and Macduff community.
